FotoNet processes only basic data necessary for the operation of the portal, mainly user data (name, email) and technical login data (e.g. IP address, login time).

Purpose of processing

The data are used exclusively for running the platform, managing user accounts, communication between users and ensuring system functionality.

The website uses only technical cookies necessary for proper operation (e.g. user login). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Access to data

Only administrators have access to the data to the extent necessary for system administration and troubleshooting.

Please include your username and a brief description of your request.

Scope of deletion

Upon request, we can remove the user account and related personal data. Content added by the user (e.g. photos or comments) may be retained in anonymized form if necessary for maintaining the functionality of the portal.
